I booked the unit online and when I went to office the day I moved our things, meet with Kelly. She was very helpful and saw what I was bringing in and changed units to one that was more readily accessible for my belongings. Worked out perfect for us.

Kelly was very knowledgeable and polite knew what she was doing place was very clean only thing that was wrong was the carts were not rolling very well one would not roll at all but was very satisfied with my choice
