The staff is great. The facility is useful. The price is great. Whomever decided to close at 3pm on a Saturday is out of touch with their customer base. If you wanted to give your staff time off, close on a Monday or your slowest day. But on a weekend afternoon you decide to close and youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re closed on Sunday too, youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re closed for the 3/4 of the whole weekend, which is when most people who store need to get to their stuff. I arrived at 3:30 Saturday and you were closed. And your hours keep changing, getting shorter and shorter. Other than the hours, this is an excellent facility. I had no reason to not believe that you cared about the customer until you deny me access to my things on a Saturday afternoon.

Found the deal on spare foot and was contacted after making the reservation by Sandy. She was kind and enthusiastic about her work and seemed excited to meet us. There was plenty of room to navigate the truck through the units, and our specific unit was very clean. Overall I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good storage unit with flexible pricing and kind management.

Sandy and Howard are the absolute best!! Friendly, helpful and just all-around good people. The facility is clean and prices fair. The unit I chose (although not climate controlled, which I now wish I would have chose), suits my needs and I feel safe going there by myself.
