Adam was very helpful and friendly directing me to the unit and explaining proceedures. Place is clean, secure, and well lit. Locks are good and carts are accessible.

Place needs to be fixed up. It's very old and hard to get into your unit over a curb. They should have some kind of flat surface for u to get the cart onto. Pipes are breaking down. Other than that. Units are very clean customer service is fantastic. I had Andy and he was great. Friendly patient and very helpful and price is good as well for the size

It was a very easy process to rent the space and store the extra stuff. All my questions were answered and I got a very good monthly rate.

The required information I needed to access the unit was clear and spoke to the company and they were friendly and professional.

From online reservation to check in, everything was handled professionally and efficiently, no issues at all.

While in a panic to try and find an affordable unit with A/C and security, Ashley came thru with great customer service and was extremely helpful!

This is my first time using this company and i would recommend anyone looking for storage to use them. They are friendly, reasonably priced, and very clean. there's 24 hour access and even gives incentives.

I'm having a good experience at life storage but I don't think they should go through people stuff without asking but I will definitely will keep my area clean show respect hopefully I get it back but good job life storage.

Even though it's a bit of a hike from where we live, we decided to rent from Uncle Bob's in Pinellas Park because it was far more affordable than the choices in our area. The free moving truck promotion was another huge selling point for us, saving valuable time and money. We were on a tight schedule on moving day, so we were a little frustrated with how long the paperwork took. But the staff who helped us sign our rental agreement and showed us to our unit were incredibly nice and helpful (they're a husband and wife who live on the premises). It poured all day and during the entire time we were moving in; our unit was on the ground level and the whole area was bone-dry inside, which was very comforting. Overall, our unit was clean and and exactly what we needed.

Only issue - I couldn't find any trash cans to toss starbucks cups.

I moved my stuff in the bin yesterday and when everything was complete I found that the latch would not stay locked even with two locks on the door.i have to have maintenance fix the latch and I'm concerned about the security of my stuff.

My rep maded it easy to move in.. She showed me the unit.. Made sure i had enough supplies.. Thank u.. Just wish i got a bigger unit.

The customer service is second to none. There is a free truck for you to use which is a big time and money saver. The promotions saed us a pile of money. Wow is it secure and clean. We would reccomend to everyone to use for all thier storage needs. Thank you for being there for us!

Need I say more? I happy that I rented my unit from Uncle Bob's. The manager also offered to gind a unit that was close to a door to make it easier for me to load and unload. Very clean facility as well.
