Was able to get a climate controlled unit for less than some of the ones that arenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t climate controlled

I like that I could get climate controlled unit for good price. I do wish my unit had a light because it is very dark, even with the other lights

The pricing and location is great. Customer service has been helpful in answering all of my questions. Highly recommend this location!

Jimmy was very helpful at Public storage St. Petersburg. Explained everything in detail. Very patient as I was trying to figure out locations desired. Jimmy even helped me find other facilities that might be more suitable. No rush no pressure. I stuck with this one.

When I first did this reservation this was booked and I went to get key not having any idea of the process. I pulled up and of course no one was even there !!! All blinds were closed no one around facility . I called the customer support and they switched the days of move in . I then tried the same thing the next day . Left messages and even called customer support again as no one was answering the phone all day at the storage place ! I finally got a rude call from management saying he tried to cal me but call didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t go through earlier that day . Weird thing is he didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t try to cal back but yet somehow got a hold of me later after I called customer service . So I get there and there is a rat box for rats outside of my unit and absolutely no light to even see what Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m doing when loading ! My unit is in a dark hall outside which is reallly scary with no light given the location !!! I opened the unit and it was dirty and nasty and rat pellets poison sitting on ground in my unit ! So gross!!!! No choice now so just dealing with it . But pictures were taken !

The best part is the location. Centrally located, perfect for my needs.

Excellent prices, easy to use , and would definitely use again for my storage needs. Make sure you have storage insurance before you go to sign your lease, I was not aware of this and luckily found it for cheap online.

Great customer service!

So far, so good. The monthly special I luckily was able to make use of (great monthly rate) was kind of the deal maker. But, the facility is clean, secure, customer service was good, so again, as long as the rent doesn't go up radically (modest typical yearly increases, if any), we'll be okay

Mandy was so kind, professional and helpful. Registering was easy, rates are very comparable. The only complaint (for lack of a better word), I would have, would be the lack of space to turn a huge moving truck around. There were two customer cars being stored on the premises directly in a space that would have been ideal to use as a turn around. Other than that, I have absolutely NO COMPLAINTS about this facility, and would recommend it to anyone looking for storage.

I really I don't know what to say at this time is the truth I just got the unit I know the young men who works in the front office he was very professional very nice the unit it's very nice and clean.

Mike the manager is so nice and helpful actually cares I stored my stuff for awhile a d it was a great experience I recommend them to anyone especially this one because the great staff !

We were greeted kindly and shown our storage unit. The unit door was damaged so the property manager promptly brought us to another unit. Service was quick and efficient and we were out the door in no time.
