I was given a space not available and then was shown the actual space. First was covered but the actual one was not. I ended up getting a covered space anyway. It was more expensive and I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t get my first month free, but I am satisfied with the end result.

When I reserved my unit online, I was then receiving multiple phone calls asking exactly when even though the date I had put on there was a few weeks out. I finally spoke with a live person and he agreed not to call me for a couple more weeks and I ended up moving in before that date. I found this approach to be very pushy and unappreciated.
