It's a nice clean place but when I was putting my things in the unit I seen a roach they also quoted me one price over the phone but when I got to the facility the charged me a higher price they seem very friendly

Ed and Ashley are excellent at customer service, very personable and caring, plus they bake GREAT cookies!! The facility is very nice, well maintained. The company goes above and beyond to make their customers feel like home with coffee, cookies, water, comfy couch and chairs for waiting and down right southern hospitality!! GREAT job owners and staff alike.

Manager on site was wonderful walking us through every step. Explained everything we asked about. Only negative comment: The locks that you HAD to purchase in the sealed package were not new. Definitely showed that they were used.
