Staff was very service friendly. This is an older facility but maintained well. I used Cubesmart before and I hope will continue to to see the great service.

The associates were very friendly and accommodating. Had an unfortunate issue with the assigned space being occupied by another vehicle, but it was resolved with some inconvenience. There was compensation provided for any disappointment experienced.

The attendant was very helpful and pleasant. Sorry but I forgot her name.

Upon checking in to store my 29' camper trailer, there was no way that I could get into the space assigned due to narrow isles and large trucks in the area. I parked in an empty spot that I could get into and notified the office the next morning. They changed my assigned spot. In addition the grounds are covered in trash.

My movers went and unpacked my stuff into storage and I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have to meet them there. The customer service and help from the office was on point.

Too long to do paperwork. There is a tv screen in the lobby which gives you a visual of the sizes, this would have helped me while at home.

Everything was great the only thing I wasn't told about was the $10/mo charge for insurance from the rep on the phone so that doubled my cost
