When we went to put things in our unit, we found the floor at the back wall very wet after rainfall from the afternoon. Now we are worried that our possessions could be damaged even by a normal, South Florida rain storm. The hallways inside the building even had some puddles. Not at all reassuring. Yes, we have the insurance, but that only replaces monetary value, not the actual, personal value of our things.

Customer service was okay, the unit I wanted ( 10x10) wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t available due to them not having a working lift. So I had to go a size up to 8x15 and pay more money. I am hoping they will bring my rent down to the price had agreed on for the unit I wanted to get...guess we will see. There is only one elevator in the building and didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t see any carts around so we had to make multiple trips to our unit which was not at all close to the elevator. Would seem bigger units should maybe be closer to an elevator brings those of us using them will likely have more and/or bigger items. Overall I suppose you get what you pay for in this circumstance. I will only use it for a couple months so it will get the job done.

This is my first week, but I found the location to be safe and convenient, the pricing affordable, and the large unit spacious. The units are a bit on the older side, but just be sure to protect and package the items you're storing and maybe even participate in the maintenance of your unit because afterall you cannot control or know what someone else is storing in their unit that could affect your belongings. So far, I'm completely satisfied and the customer service I received from Vicky (I believe she's the manager) was extraordinary from my initial conversation via telephone to my actual move-in. I give this facility a thumbs up and the budget conscious people like myself will be pleased by the rates!
