Public Storage - Coconut Creek - 5479 Wiles Rd

The women working in office (Lasandral?) I really should have asked her how to spell her name. She was there on Friday , January 8th. The regular person was out. She was so patient and helpful. I have never rented a storage space before and was totally clueless. She has to come to unit because I didn't know the blue tag was temporary lock on available units. I could not get the lock to lock, and she also had a hard time but was more than willing to help me. The low score is because of the lock

I was promised a 5' by 10' unit, all the picture showed rectangular spaces, but I got a cutoff unit...

I field that if you have a client that is renting more than one unit a discount should be given.

Everything ran smoothly and very professionally, Coleen was great to work with and very knowledgeable. However; when I returned later, move some belongings in, there were no dollies to be found. It was after 6:00 PM so the office was closed. I realize other renters leave the dollies wherever they want. Just wanted to give an FYI.

Great staff and very clean facility. I would have giving five stars if they kept it a little cooler on the floors and doubled the number of carts

From the moment I walked in, the ladies behind the counter were very friendly. I was given a tour of the type of storage I would need since I wasn't sure. The ladies made me feel comfortable with my decision. The place was clean and the security was good too. I'm very pleased with my decision to get a storage unit with them.

Coleen, Ana, and Ness are awesome. They called me right away to welcome me and they followed up to set up an appointment to see our unit. When we did go, the girls were very informative and helpful! It was a great experience. The building is clean and the security makes me completely comfortable.
