I saw that carts were available but I have yet to have one available when I visit. It's wrong to promise that carts are available and not be there. Manager said nothing was there.

Great customer service emerline help me made sure I understand everything

I've had the most outstanding customer service ever. I've changed my storage space 3 times due to furniture space needed and they were awesome in taking care of my needs. I highly recommend Public Storage for your storage needs.

Emerline and her crew are great! Showed up with my stuff, paperwork was all in order, quick and professional tour, terms and conditions review, bill review (today, next month, AND each month after), entry and exit procedures and all with smiles and laughs that made things even that much smoother. You might find cheaper, but I doubt you'll find better.

It was a great location the girl at the front emerline was amazing very informative and great to talk made me feel very comfortable and I new my things would be In good hands.

All the staff were very nice and helpful.

Everything is good except it seems deserted and dark at night which is our only time to haul our stuff to our storage space.Also there's no accessibility as far as the equipment they promised to have like the wheels or bed for hauling our stuff from the vehicle to our storage space,and the office is closed.

From the beginning and throughout the entire process my experience was a complete satisfaction, even exceeded my expectations. Mrs. Iris the in- house manager was very accurate and professional when explained all the details about the leasing process making my decision easier to make. Definately she was a key factor for me to ended up signing the agreement. Prices, cleanliness and convenience location also played out in my decision as well.

The security is good, access is convenient, price is right. The person that I dealt with at the office (Iris) was helpful and pleasant. She exudes confidence and is very efficient. This is our first experience with storage and she made everything easy, explained everything and set up automatic payments so that we don't have to worry about remembering to make the payments on time.

Made me feel like family! It is a very clean facility and I feel comfortable putting my belongings there.
