Public Storage - Margate - 5150 W Copans Road

It smells strange and while I was moving in people across the hall from me we're moving out and there was a terrible leak either roof or AC in their unit and their things were damaged

Really good movie in, Nate was extremely helpful and accommodating to my needs.

Needed a Storage space and stopped by this public storage where i met Mitzie and was completey blown away by her friendly customer caring professionalism..wasn't sure if this was the ideal place at first but Mitzie made me feel welcome and i will now recommend others...Thank you Mitzie!!

The unit was very clean. Mitzie and Justin were great. Mitzie was helpful, polite and very knowledgeable! I'd recommend this location to anyone!

I was able to see the unit before i paid. light was out which was replaced after I paid. I had to clean out the leaves and dirt myself. when I went to sign the paper work she gave me a price which I had to break down myself and figure I was almost $20 more than I expected and after a few questions I was told it was for the lock which the staff assumed i was buying from them. So i was told I had to go home to get my own lock which I already had before they would rent me the unit. It was just a lot of unkowns to ultimately get the unit which I had to clean myself. I took the unit because of the location to my house.

The process of reserving a storage unit online was wonderful and the staff at the storage was very courteous and helpful, BUT, the unit was infested with very large roaches. We did not see the roaches when we moved the furniture in but when we were moving out my fiancee saw the there was a nest in the un-joined corner of the wall. My fiancee sprayed as much as he could because we had just bought a new house and did not want to bring any roaches there. Unfortunately for us we brought them with us anyway. These roaches are not the ones you see in a home they are the very large brown flying roaches and I believe if someone is paying for storage space they should get one that is free from infestation. The young lady in the office was shown were the nest is in the unit. I hope that going forward you all will do better with your storage units.
