The storage unit was easy to access and was ready upon my arrival!

There is a problem with not having enough carts. It is necessary to have enough carts to move items to units inside. I was told people put units in the storage units. Hello security cameras. Use them and charge whoever doesn't return the carts. If you put a sign and enforce it, Your customers will all be happier in the long run.

All staff very helpful and friendly. Place is clean. Information was clear. Everything was fast and trouble free and the staff was professional. The price was very good.

Security is very good! The bad is that they need to open their hours to customer to be able to stay a little later than what they have. Some people work and can't get to their storage till late and it is also pretty expensive to get a storage here. They offer no discounts of any kind except if it's your first time and you place it online. You get no discount after that or for paying on time every month.

Amazing customer service by Latasha and Lilli. Latasha took the time to show me the different units that would suit my needs so I could choose the one I really needed. It's hard to find nowadays great customer service like that. The place is impeccably kept and conveniently located.

We can't say enough about the excellent customer service we received from Shurlisa, Latasha and the Manager Lili. From the very first moment walking through the door they were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Now, a few words about the facility, CLEAN, WELL-LIT, temperature appropriate, very large elevator....still can't say enough. If you've tried the rest, now try the best of the best.

Great service and location! Very clean! Last year they contacted me due that my storage was not lock correctly and they assisted me on getting my unit lock and safe due that I was out of state and could not come to take care of it. Lily is the greatest customer service person ever and she is the most caring and helping person! Would rent any unit any time from this location.

Staff is friendly, helpful. Looked at several public storage units in different complexes this one is actually climate controlled in halls & unit. Elevators are bothersome to load of you need the door held open a few minutes, unloading area could've more spacious, security gate was stuck open last time I was there. The mandatory insurance is a rip off.

You know I went to Public Storage because I needed to rent some storage space. After I reserved a unit, I went and got the unit. I'm up to date in my payments. Now every time I turn around, I get these emails asking me to take a survey about what I think. What I think is that every time I take a survey, Public Storage needs to take 20% or 30% off of my bill each month, each time I take the time out to take one of these Public Storage surveys.
