Moved in business inventory at 7pm and this Public storage did not have carts avail to use after hours...That is a MUST at storage facilities!! I have rented at many other self storage places (including other Public Storages) and they always had carts avail to use after hours...This is a deal breaker as I have no room in my truck to bring one...

Like that itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s new and the customer service was readily available. Customer service was FANTASTIC! Only suggestion would be to have trash cans as there was trash and a bottle of pee left on the floor.

When I reserved the unit on line the price was $110 a month and then when I went in store I was charged $120 a month.

Public Storage is close to my building I live in only 30 minutes away The Storage Bin is clean and big enough for my belongings

We were supposed to book with U-Haul and they reserved 3 units for us and none of them were available. We called Public Storage that night and they reserved us a unit that night and we were moving in the next morning. They were awesome!

The facility is great the only thing we had a hard time with is there is not enough carts available.

It's nice, clean. I wish there were more carts because there is only 2 for the whole building. I wish the gate would tell you when it is going to close and open.

CHECK IN WAS SIMPLE ENOUGH. BUT, I NOTICED ONE THING THAT COULD BE COSTING PUBLIC STORAGE A LOT OF MONEY. INSURANCE OF MY CONTENTS WAS REQUIRED AND ON THE PAPERWORK I RECEIVED IT SHOWED THAT PUBLIC STORAGE WAS USING AN UNDERWRITER. THAT WOULD BE A TOTAL WASTE OF THE PORTION OF THE PREMIUM THAT IS PAID TO THE UNDERWRITER. PUBLIC STORAGE SHOULD KEEP 100% OF THE MONTHLY CHARGE SINCE IT IS ALMOST UNHEARD OF FOR ANY LOSS IN A STORAGE UNIT. AND THEN TO HAVE TO BE ABLE TO PROVE ANY LOSS IS MOST DIFFICULT. SO ANY REQUIRED INSURANCE IS ALMOST FREE MONEY TO PUBLIC STORAGE TO THE POINT IT COULD BE CALLED A SCAM TO CHARGE AND TO REQUIRE INSURANCE.

I had a great experience on the day I came in. The young women who helped me mentioned she has been with the company 5 yrs. and how great it is to wk for. The Service and the facility were satisfactory - 'check-in' was smooth. However, your 'invented' fees are not appreciated. The Administration fee of $25 if I recall correctly, is a complete nonsense fee (which you are well aware of) and then in addition a mandatory lock fee of $20 (I had my own lock from the last Public Storage rental I had 2-yrs ago) are bothersome.

Staff is friendly and courteous. Facility is clean and kept up. Got a great price by waitting for an online 50% off special.

Very polite and helping

This is the second time I have rented from Public Storage. As a returning customer I feel that the price point for my rental needs are very good. The Customer Representatives I spoke with have been helpful, polite, patient and personable. I only wish that Public Storage would take a pre-payment to secure space for a specific time, as opposed to a short term hold that expires unless you take possession of the space/rental unit prior to the pre-reservation expiration.

I must say! I had a lock issue. The manager along with the worker. Fixed it right away. It made me feel real good to know. My things were safe and secure.

I do not think it's fair to make a customer buy insurance. I would gladly sign a waiver saying the facility isn't liable for the contents of my unit but I was given no choice....completely unfair!
