Great manager went out of her way to help me out of a real tough situation.

It was a little hard to find our storage unit at first. Once we did everything was easy. I had said a 5x10 unit but ended up with a 5x5. Which was ok because with all the added fees it really wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t $15.00 a month but 60 something a month. I do think that is a high price.

The is no lighting in my unit. You need to search in the unit with a flashlight!!!

I closed out my old storage #1018 and the same day I got a notice that it had gone up from $190 to $224. When I first signed up less than 6 months ago, it was $167, that would of made it a $50 in less than 6 months. Now I have #3310 at $243 plus tax in insurance. If that goes up in 3 months, I will sure be looking for a new place to move my belongings. Several of my neighbors store their items in you facility and they are telling me that the price went up to them and they are looking. The cost of living has gone up but $100 a year is absolutely ridiculous.

I was there before the movers, but I haven't heard anything bad or otherwise from my movers, so I'm sure everything went great!

The first month is ridiculous. Almost double. And at most I will only need it for two months. Taxes, insurance, admin fee! No discount for a military non-profit.

We needed a storage unit for 30 days for a move that is delayed due to hurricane issues. We could not get a unitl close by due to all the local storage facilities being hurricane damaged but Spare foot found us the closest options and we used the one that worked for us. We are so grateful.

I'm very please with the cleanliness, and size of the unit I've rented. A. Wagner (I don't recall her name) was very pleasant and helpful. At the time I reserved my unit, I was fortunate enough to reserve it at a time there was a free month promotion, then, I ended up having to change my reservation; A. Wagner called me to let me know that there was an additional promo for "Rapid" registration, if I did it on line, and saved me an additional $25! Right now, every little bit of savings helps a great deal! She also let me know that my unit would take two locks. When I arrived, She showed me my unit, which was clean, and the layout was perfect for my needs!

Registered online, no hassle, easy. Friendly staff, clean facility, easy to find, I definitely made the right choice.

Nice customer service but the poor women at the desk was all alone trying her best to do it all. We had to wait for her outside the office while she shuttle everyone around on a golf cart so they could see units, then do there contract. Also answer phone and sell boxes while we all waited for her. Then the printer broke so I never got a receipt for my purchase.
