Staff is extremely kind and helpful. Most seamless move in process that Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve had. Also amazing move in specials! I definitely recommend this storage facility.

Nice Price , Nice clean facility , the only problem I have is they built a huge fence around the place and forgot to install one section of fence right by the front gate where any smuck can just walk on in without any kind of security code !!! Disappointing really

A little more than I wanted to spend but in line with other facilities

There's no gate, no security cameras and they wonder why they have "undesirables" using the bathrooms. Really? Is that why the bathrooms aren't clean and are rarely unlocked? They also need more storage carts, some new ones wouldn't hurt either. I think there are 2 in the whole place. The Associate, Michael, is helpful and polite. I've never dealt with the manager. Owners need to invest more capital in this business.

Very nice place and access is good

When I arrived at the facility I met a young man in the parking lot he told me to go to the office and he would be there in a few minutes. After about 15 minutes he was still cleaning trucks and the manager came in and said she would be with me in a few minutes. I said that was fine that I had already been waiting about 20 and he was still cleaning trucks. She said that I could just leave that she did not need my business and that she did not care.since I already had a storage unit there and was down sizing I had to just wait.

I made an online reservation and the instructions said to call for details. I left a message and Tom called me shortly afterward. He was so pleasant and informative! Later that day he called again because he forgot to tell me something - so sweet! the day i got there to sign the paperwork he showed me around and graciously answered my questions and then efficiently did the paperwork. The facility is brand new and super clean. i'm so fortunate Guard Space Storage - Port Charlotte popped up on my google search! and of course, that Tom was my customer service agent.

I have been very picky about the self storage property I chose & I am extremely satisfied by this facility. It is above my standards.

Brand new, spotless. I have never seen a cleaner storage unit. The Office Staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the facility.

Overall great experience. Angel the rep in the office was amazing. Great attitude even tho it was late in the day. Was very patient and helpful.

The manager, Angela or Angie, is so rude. Plain & simple, nothing else to say. She should not be in a management position, especially training the young man that was with her. I sighed, when told I needed to fill out more paperwork. She told me I could come back another day if I was going to be huffing & puffing that she had explained all that previously. I could leave the facility & take my stuff with me. She didn't explain anything to me previously, as it was my first time there. When I told her that, she said she told my boyfriend & it was his responsibility to tell me there was more paperwork. I told her I was surprised she was talking to a customer this way & she said she could talk any way she wanted to. Needless to say, I will be moving my goods.

Great place to store personal belongings!

The manager called us to let us know there was only one space left for an RV the length of ours. Several snowbirds wanted it but it was first come, you get it. Luckily my husband was on the way and it was perfect.

Only problems were right after the hurricane and they were taken care of promptly. Staff is helpful and always available during working hours. I have had no problems concerning my stored property.

Great place it is very clean and the people that run the facility do a great job
