The customer service was excellent he took me to look at my unit and ask me if I was good with it talked me through the process to make sure I understood everything he was very nice and polite

I needed a storage unit and made a reservation. They closed at 6pm. I called at 525 pm and told them I would be there in 5 min. When I arrive there are two woman behind the desk, one customer at the counter and the door is locked! They either were too lazy to help me or didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t want me to get one month free by starting my month to month on the first! Either way, if you are locking the door at 530 then say that is what time you close! She said it takes 45 min for the whole process. Maybe someone who just walked in but I had a reservation. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a storage unit, Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m not signing a mortgage. Show me the unit quick, because you have to, and Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ll sign. Every single time, for the rest of my life, anyone every mentions anything about needing storage, I will make sure to tell them to avoid DEVON SELF STORAGE for sure!
