Was quite impressed with the facility and the cleanliness. Customer service agent was very helpful and pleasant to work with. The only issue I had was that the Property protection was automatically added to my rental fee when I already had other coverage. The agent tried to correct but the system would not allow for the change to be completed. Agent had to communicate to their superiors to have corrections made.
