We just moved in some of our things yesterday. The bigger items have not gone in yet. The unit was clean. One day in, so far so good.

The facility changed ownership and all renters had to fill out new paperwork which took some time, and there have been some clerical issues that have taken time as well in the past. The facility is very clean, and mostly well-run. If it werenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t for the common and excessive price hikes, I would give it 5-stars. However, the cost of my unit has doubled in the year since I first got it. These increases are a gray area contract-wise, but the facility definitely doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t make it well known initially that this would be a factor.

The price increases have been crazy. New office staff is. Better than previous.

I HAVE 2 BINS AND I FIND ACCESS IS GREAT. WELL LIT AND 2 CARTS FOR YOU TO USE

The only reason I wouldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t recommend was the price. Took 6 months to raise my rates $30 a month. I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t feel it is worth it.

Sold out and. My rate when up automatically again. Greed in corporate America. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s everywhere.

Santana does a good job. The move in went well and the transition to new owners was good

Previous owners had fair prices. This new company raises prices every 3 to 4 months. Supposedly based on availability of units.
