Nice area but is farther out than expected. Unit is nice with the promotion but still is very small for my needs. While moving in some things overhead two other people moving in to larger units and they were both paying the same price as me. I didn’t think that was fair I did ask if there were any other larger units available but was told “no” but both of the other people requested a large unit on the same day I did. It is a nice place and I might move some things in but I will keep looking for a bigger unit.

Overall, this is a very nice facility. The employees were very nice and helpful. There are lots of codes for security purposes, but they do have an app that allows you to enter it quicker. It was on special; hopefully it lasts for awhile. I did hear one gentlemen try to get a deal and they weren't able to help him after he had already been a customer so that's why I took one star off the pricing.

Staff friendly, helpful, storage units and hallways very clean. Plenty of flat bed dolly's for moving convenience. The only thing we werenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t happy w/ was once we accessed the front gate and were inside you had to then again access the front sliding door again each time you made a trip into the building, we feel this is very unnecessary. You also have to put your code again when leaving.

I would recommend it because I feel safe here and I spent quiet time in my storage room before itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s nice clean and cool the workers are always kind and respectful. The price is right.

Easy Move in would only complaint is you have to enter a code to use the elevator each time you enter a code to get into building donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t see why you need a code to use elevator

One of the two elevators was out of service so it made it very difficult to move in as other tenants were moving their belongings in as well.

Nice clean friendly place to keep your things safe.

The Team is there to support you for your needs and learning the environment. The storage buildings and units are very clean as well as the public restrooms. The walk space is very easy to bring all types of sized items to the storage units on all levels.

Good place to store. Be sure to get there at least 30 minutes prior to the office closing if you want to use a cart

Zach was an exceptional representative to deal with. He walked us over to the outside parking storage, then completed our paperwork in no time. The facility was prepared for as little contact as possible and was using Covid safety measures.

When I was called to set up a reservation, the lady was extremely sweet and helpful. I came in and needed to instead rent out a 5x10 and the lady was helpful in showing the difference between a 5x5 and a 5x10. She explained everything perfectly and Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m happy with my experience.

I moved in the same day I made my appointment. The lady was prompt, courteous and well informed and Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m already enjoying the extra room in my home :)

Manager was great and helpful. When moving in there were not enough carts, some people had stuff stacked on carts for hours. A few guys were using parking area as a garage yard which made it difficult to maneuver around the vehicle they were repairing especially since the cars unloading where stacked up waiting to unload or load.

The staff was very helpful and friendly and they took care of me with ease and my needs. I would recommend this public storage to anyone and I would go back in the future. It was also clean environment.

My wife and I have 3 separate spaces / units at this facility. The management team goes out of their way to ensure you understand the processes of the rentals as well making sure you're satisfied with their service. They go above and beyond normal to make sure you're satisfied

Yes my name is Mike Osteen I'm a new client for public storage. I was one of the thousands upon thousands that had damage from Hurricane Irma. Course everybody was scrambling for storage and a friend of mine who's also a client at your store about getting on there in Port Saint Lucie. Well I did and I met Angela you don't need to let her go very helpful very friendly very sympathetic to my needs in a time of disaster and I mean disaster I lost my entire home my entire storage. She made the transition into getting the new units very pleasant and very helpful. Upon moving in I got to meet Laura who is just as accommodating and friendly. Also the first thing I noticed how clean your facility is and the security. Angela Laura both made me feel welcome thank you ladies for the experience and help.

Went here for an emergency unit rental as my cousin had an immediate need. The staff here was WONDERFUL! within minutes we had a unit and was all set up. The facility looks brand new! Not sure how long it has been there but it is WELL KEPT! WELL RECOMMENDED!

Angela was great and got me into the perfect spot for my first RV trailer.

Personnel were very pleasant and the facility was clean and organized. The space assigned was impossible to back into, which we discovered on a "perfect storm" night, so we had to leave our new RV in an unassigned spot, taking up 2 spaces. The spaces are very narrow, and backing up with a towed RV, is a recipe for disaster.

I made a reservation and an appointment to see the unit. When we got there and saw the unit I realized that the unit I had reserved was too small and thankfully, there was a larger unit available.

Their professionals asssisted in helping me find the most affordable unit- not the biggest but the unit that would work. My items fit perfect. The building was immaculate and very safe. Contract was straight forward. So far I am very pleased

I have stored here for over a year. We recently moved into a larger unit and also rented an outside space. The two young ladies in the office have always been helpful, especially when there was no outside space to rent. Just as they promised they called when a space became available and assisted us with renting it. The place is clean and well kept and I feel the security is above average due to the walls surrounding the property and the sliding gates. The girls at the front desk know what they are talking about and we appreciate all their help. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone wishing to rent extra storage space.
