I moved from another orange storage co. I wonﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t mention any names but management there was very rude + my unit apparently had a leak and my stuff got damaged, Darleen at smart supply storage in Saint Lucie west fla. was fantastic great customer service.

This storage is just the right fit for my belongings I like the cleanliness of it and there is no damp smell This space is roomy enough to store just about anything The service is excellent with the staff on hand to attend to all my needs

Was told I had to buy their locks. That ended up not being true. Got an ac unit and it is Luke warm at best! Bought a mattress cover and didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t use it so returned it and instead of crediting my credit card they had to mail me a check from California which they didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t even credit me the full refund and the girl Angela kept saying she would get it resolved never did. The lock wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t working the entire time on the back and key pad not working. Told Them multiple times and didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t get it fixed. Called main office and requested call from a manager. Never got the call. Canceled my unit a week after renewal and they wouldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t refund me the difference even though they can rent it out.
