I get all my stuff to the unit in 15 mins. Easy to get in, easy to get out. Very clean place. They let you use carts.

Our experience from start to finish was very smooth. Out first impression was a great one with Karen. Karen explained the process and was very patient.

But, the exit gate key pad didn't work and I was stuck inside the fence on Sunday. Then realized the gate was disconnected from the key pad and i could just roll it away. So much for security.

People were great, the manager called the next day, she explained everything and asnwered all our questions. The only thing was that the online price was 2 dollars less than what it really was. But even then, it was cheaper than other storages around
