Extra Space Storage - 1840 - Riverview - Bloomingdale Ave

I had to move to a new location due to owners retiring. Found this place right down the street. Called manager and was able to secure a location on same day. Manager was very courteous and helpful and gave me directions to the actual storage site. Paperwork was VERY easy to fill out.

Overall, the facility looks secure and well maintained

I came here after working as a vendor to check in for my unit and the manager had an attitude and gave me a hard time. First, he made the employee stop me at the gate to tell me I wouldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t fit in the space, mind you Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢d already reviewed and paid for it. Then he rudely questioned if I was the rightful owner. After that all checked out, he made me wait to actually go to the space. I work for a company who rents from this storage and I myself park the same company van at Public Storage (not here). Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve never been treated so badly checking in at a place before. It was very disappointing. As a manager myself, I would never treat a member or customer this way.

I was looking for a storage unit that was reasonably priced, in a good location, and clean. I looked at a few but I decided to check Extra Space Storage, and I'm glad I did. I reserved the unit online the night before I moved out. The next morning I received a call as a reminder that I had reserved the unit for that day and was told about the process when I arrived. The customer service is excellent! I was shown the unit that i was going to rent and was shown how the gate worked. Something that really sets this place apart is how clean the whole complex is, including the unit itself. The gate is one car per code entered for added security which is nice. And the rental agreement is straightforward and super fast to go through. Anyone looking for a well located, clean, affordable storage unit should check this one out.

I searched many different facilities in hopes to get the best deal, and i know i did when i stumbled across this facility! The staff was very friendly and informational, the prices are amazing and the best deals in town, and the place is very cleanly even the bathrooms! I would highly reccommend this facility if your needing a great storage facility!

Love the open area its in, very friendly staff and the rates are better than a lot of other places I inquired about. Also has easy access to the unit I rented. In all I give y'all a 5 star rating!!!
