I did everything online which was very convenient. The only problem was I was not able to open close gates via the app and when I went to the front office I was told that it was a common problem and they hadn’t resolved the issue and wasn’t sure if it would be resolved. Unfortunately, it has been a hit or miss with unlocking access door into the storage unit as well. A little inconvenient when my hands are full of items and I have to put everything down just to key in an access code.
