Costermer service was great, and it was clean.

I requested certain space, and they provided information and details along with pricing and specials. The rental agreement was clear and the price was no different than discussed. Within minutes a rental agreement was completedand signed, a good price, and a key code to enter my storage unit immediately. The facility grounds and the storage unit is extremely clean and very safe. Gated and with sufficient lighting for a night time. My highest recommendation for anyone interested in renting a storage space with the best price and best location near the Interstate I-75.

The facility is clean, and push cart dolly/ flatbed Dolly's are available to use. I bring my own 4 wheel just in case other people are utilizing them. Also, the a/c cools you down when you're in and out of the building in this Florida best. I've only had one encounter with front desk staff, and it was great.

We moved our belongings in from another local storage unit that was horrible and the customer service here is incredible and we are so thankful
