When I went on Saturday April 27th , Karen was behind the desk. She was very thorough and professional in telling me the rules and benefits of this facility. I highly recommend this place just because of her !

great location for my needs, it's the perfect size

Rent goes up $40 every 6months and the facility hasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t had any upgrades, security is a joke there, the gates are often broken wide opened.

Only concern is that the "secure" gate is always open. You are given a gate code to access the gate upon rental. Unfortunately, night or day the gate appears to always be open.

great customer service...had to change to larger unit within 1 week of signing original contract...no problems done with a smile

Prompt service...answered questions easily. However did not offer insurance before presenting contract for signature. Had to do 2 separate transactions since I elected for the insurance. She walked me through the gate code sequence and tour to our unit. Also stated that we could upgrade with no problems if needed once we started moving in it was too small.

I looked at a few different locations prior to selecting this facility. The customer service, not just for first contact but since then, has been outstanding. I have already recommended this location to others and I will continue to do so. The climate controlled facilities are perfect for the items we don't want in the heat. I'm looking forward to being a tenet with your facility for a while.
