Customer service was great, gate worked fine, easy to find my unit. My one problem was getting the bar to slide so I could roll up the gate. i did manga it, but worry that I might not be able to next time. But, as I say, it's only a small problem now. Is there any way to contact someone for help if I do have troubles??
