I purchased my own lock in attempt to save some money and make things easier because I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t want to have to use a key, the two times I went to the facility. The manager wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t on site, so I still paid a lock fee. My gate access code didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t work initially when I went to the facility I had to be buzzed in. I was only dropping off a few things initially, so when I want to leave, I wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t able to and I had to wait to be buzzed out. The total process of waiting around to be buzzed in and buzzed out took easily 20 to 30 minutes. I had to be out of my home by 2:20, or I would be forcibly removed. The 30 minutes caused me to not be able to have enough time to bring 2,000 worth of furniture.

The CubeSmart storage off of Orlando Ave in Sanford was wonderful. The storage manager was extremely professional, detailed, and made the rental process very easy.

Robert the manager is the only reason we come here. He was able to connect with all of us and we will only return bc of him

Staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. Facility was clean and seems secure. Registration at the office was quick. Facility requires you to pay for insurance but I did not see this when I checked the rates. Makes me wonder if other facilities had insurance built in to the posted rates or not.

I like that they offered a discount for the first month, and had large climate controlled units, which is what I needed. The facility was secure & clean. The only downfall is you must take your storage out on/before the date that you put it in or you will be charged another month's rent - I think there should be a partial month payment option.

When we arrived, they were out to lunch but when they got back they were incredibly helpful, really kind and made the process so quick and easy. The 10x15 unit was meticulously clean and perfect for our storage needs. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone.
