The store manager was on duty when I arrived. He was very professional and friendly. He explained everything that I was billed for, and was thorough in all the explanations. The facility was very clean and well lit, and my storage unit was easy to find. I couldn't help but notice the large screen TV behind the counter that displays live feeds of the security cameras all over the facility and it made me feel like the company really cares about my safety and the safety of my storage unit (I'm sure that was the intention!). Excellent experience all around!
