The climate controlled storage location is convenient and was clean. My concerns center around security. Due to a lightning strike, the access gate controller was not working, so the gate was open and anyone could access the storage bins which are only protected by the owner's locks. With the climate controlled storage, the doors were outfitted with keypads, but they are not being used. So climate controlled bins are no safer than non-climate controlled ones.

I completed a reservation online and received a call shortly after from Melanie, she was located at the public storage on 1792. When she contacted me i was on a break from work and advised her that i had little time to talk ... she asked me what time i got off and that she could make an appt at that time tonspeak with me and help me make a decision . I appreciate the fact that she was considerate of my time . When i arrived it was just the same. She showed me around and made sure that i was aware of all the policies and procedures . Melanie truly sold me . I wasn't really worried about storage facility more of the service i would receive. I really think that this partnership will work . I'm glad she was the one that picked up my reservation . I hope this gets in the right hands . She's truly a jewel . Thank you so much for making a bad personal problem for me and experience that i will remember and share .

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Security gate and combination works fine but needs to be updated. I do like the fact that a code is needed both in and out of the storage area so that those who are there under false pretenses would not easily escape. Good cleam place just needs an upgrade.
