used a storage unit (another place) and it was dirty....no air conditioning and locks broken and still paid about the same money...that lasted about a year. couple years later when we needed to rent another one...we really did our homework. This place is so clean and the people that work there are really wonderful. So happy since we may have to keep this unit for a while. you won't be disappointed.

I found Cubesmart advertised here for $22 a month for a 5 x 5 and thought that was incredibly affordable, I called for an inquiry had a storage unit reserved in less than an hour. It’s month to month and no cancellation fees, just give 10 days notice prior to your next payment due date. Only minus was there’s a $12 mandatory insurance fee (which I only wish I knew about prior) but $41 a month for the unit is still very affordable. Manager Jay was very friendly and kind. Very clean facility, great first time storage unit rental experience!

I just moved to Florida from Delaware, I could not get over the how polite, well mannered, friendly and accommodating the staff was from the moment I reserved the storage unit to the day I moved in. The facility is very clean and maintained, which made me feel good about storage my personal beings here. Also to know that the staff makes regular checks on locked doors. Great costumer care!

Everything was fine until they told me about the insurance you are forced to buy. $12 a month. Waste of money. I am moving out after the first month. Did not give me a discount off the 1st month. Most other places are 1/2 price 1st month. One is 1/2 price first 3 months. Great manager and a nice place to store you stuff but to costly. Also if you follow some one in the gate without putting your code in the gate will stay open forever. I did it Sunday. Then I waited and put in my code to get the gate to close. They need to fix that.

This was my first experience leasing a storage unit and it was a great experience. Best value in the Sarasota area and the customer service was the best too! The online reservation was so easy and when I had to change my move in date they were so accommodating.

I reserved a unit as well as the use of their truck and when I saw the actual space, I asked about a larger facility. No problem....drove me out to look at a bigger spot. Wound up renting a bigger unit and using their complimentary truck for the price of the gas. Perfect.

Gary is the nicest guy. Has been a pleasure every time I have rented from cube smart. Very nice guy. Constantly checking on us during heat of day offering us very cold water.even took my partner to the front to get water. In the few times I rented from there. They have always been a pleasure. Will be storing my belongings for a year and if I ever need a storage again after this year. I will always go back to cube smart. Great customer service and easy in and out rental of storage unit and use of truck. I have to say a 5 isn't good enough for him or cube smart. All 10's in my book. Thank you!!!

I paid for a climate control unit. Before move in date, I toured the facility and while it was sweltering hot inside the building containing my unit, the on site mgr said repair of the AC was impending and offered one month's free rent as a rental incentive. 10 days later my moving van arrived and the AC had not been repaired AND a different mgr said she would not grant a free month! I was left with little choice but to unload my belongings since there was not time to find another facility given professional movers were ready to unload. Not happy!

A little bit of a wait (10 min) for office to open due to just 1 person on staff, but we completed paper work and moved one load in less than an additional 30 minutes,. Satisfactory to me.

I spent a bit of time looking around and found Cube Smart on 41 by the airport to easily be the best value on the net. The manager is super friendly and helpful. The unit is HUGE (and cheap). They made everything so easy.. I could highly recommend to anyone
