The lot is fine, the price is great but the spot for an RV is really tight

Went to rent a 10 x 15 to put a 14.5' jeep in. Unit I was shown out of may available was only 14'. a full 1' less than advertised. I was stuck last minute and had the pay almost three times the rate. I would have gone somewhere else for a better price if I hadnt counted on getting a 15' deep unit.

I can only assume the two 5 star reviews are from ownership or employees. Worst experience and customer service I have ever received at a storage facility. The guy that works there was miserable and had one of the worst attitudes Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢d ever experienced. I tried leaving my entire horrible experience but was limited by SpareFoot character limit. See Google review. If ownership wonders why they have vacancies this is probably why. I had to finally walk out and went to another storage location.
