Public Storage - Lakewood Ranch - 7000 Professional Pkwy E

I'm pleased with the facility. I'm extremely displeased with inability to contact a manager. I call and call again. I call their local number or the general number; it doesn't matter which number I use trying to contact the facility manager. My call goes to a voice mail asking me to leave a brief message and phone number to call back. I do not get a call back. I had the same problem when I was moving into my unit. Now I.m trying to speak with them regarding my move out. Again the location of the facility the units available at the facility are great. My total complaint is inability to reach a manager.

We had our friend to deliver our car and he was very satisfied with the service

It was pretty easy to make a reservation and walk in right after that.

Great customer service

Excellent customer service and pricing. I was able to get 50% for Memorial Day. Was able to see the unit first to see if it met my needs and was very quick and easy. When talking about pricing it would of been good to know the other "extras" involved. Being the insurance needed and lock price. I should of asked first and that's my fault but it was a slight shock.

Great place. I stopped in to look at a few spaces today. Managers Jamie and Larry helped me out. I was able to tour the property and ask several questions. Not once was I rushed. The managers and the location of this place easily won my business over. This place deserves way more than 5 stars!
