Space is clean and tidy and looks to be well secured. Lots of time and trouble getting to phone representative on national phone bank.

Sometimes yea you just need some one to be the best.... great at there job. So that when you need a little direction, a little help, and maybe just the right amount of friendly advise. The world runs a bit smoother. Sometimes the customer isnt asking any questions, and some times its the companies employees. Sometimes, or most days... not everyone is having their best day on the same day of the week. Love ya bye

shopped around the P.S. had the best price for climate controlled near me, especially good with the 1st month for $1 offer an free insurance for the 1st month.Manager was nice and efficient and knew what she was doing, and took care of the check-in and price adjustments.

The manager on site was the most helpful And so polite. He called to see if he could help in any way possible. My tour was complete and professional. I appreciate the professional and friendly service.

When I found myself in need of a storage solution asap (4pm that day) I found Public Storage online offering the best pricing and the most convenient location with Immediate availability! I reserved my locker right away and was fortunate to find Richard waiting for me when I arrived with a car full of items at 5pm! Richard had me into my space and out the door with enough time to get back home for another carload (the 2nd of 4 I needed to move that evening) going above and beyond what I was expecting. With service like that, I can't imagine ever using any other storage facility.

Very quick and easy. The manager was very patient and understanding to our needs, as we had to change to a larger unit than initially requested.

It was clean, and easy to find. The staff was very helpful and efficient. I recently moved here, so Sarasota is now my new home. The staff made me feel very welcome in my new location. I will come here again.

pricy?$$ kinda hard to understand pricing... not rented by square or cubic foot... If you call you may not end up talking to the local office (the number i called connected me to a national office) The local staff was great and easy to deal with! Area is clean and well lit and well maintained seems very secure... only open until 9pm

Excellent experience! Richard made the entire process, from start to finish, super easy! Our unit was clean and easy to access. We rented a climate control unit which was perfect to protect our electronics. Finally, I always felt completely safe.

How rare it is (unfortunately) to encounter stellar customer service. Richard and Sherry gave me all the details we needed to select the best unit for all my parents' stuff--we had not even considered the need for A/C for what they need to store until their new house is finished! They also showed us all the boxes and supplies they have available so they are helping us make this move so much easier.
