Once I found that you had the size I needed for parking my motorhome, it only took 15 minutes before I had the app and was ready to use the space to park!

Didn't get our entry code when we were supposed to. No emergency number to call and get this problem fixed

Agent was so helpful and nice. Online booking is wonderful and easy. The spot they gave us for my son's car is shaded and perfect. I would definitely recommend Public Storage!!

I filled out my paperwork online Once I was done I received a phone call welcoming me and making sure I had no questions My password was sent several days before I got there Everything was clear and clean The employees were very friendly and helpful The security is great and I would recommend downloading the application to make it easier to get access Great experience!

Every inter-action I have had with the employees at my local Public Storage has been positive, the Manager Dottie has been a breath of fresh air to work with in meeting my storage needs. I feel the location is safe and secure so I don't have to worry about my property that I have stored. My storage needs have grown from needing a very small locker, to a bigger locker and now I'm using a 10 x 19 and never once did I consider using another storage company.

Excellent costumer service. I actually spoke to sometime who lives in the U.S.She was local and great to deal with. She took care of us over the phone and was great to deal with in person.

No one has taken the time to repair the door into the "D" building. I have to jerk it open every time I need to store something in my space. It would appear that appear that is "GOOD ENOUGH" for our clients and OK with the manage and is accepted as OK and doesn't need to be fixed. I know it is not money that is short, just the will to care if everything is up to good standards. So let me know whe you plan on FIXING IT!

Our store managers were great in Sarasota . After I had made a mistake in my initial request, the store manager sent me to another location that hooked me up with a great deal at the Bee Ridge location.

Great location. Various size spaces to choose from. Good pricing. Site has been around a while s not new, but maintained well.

1. Not clean 2. No combination numbers on the sliding doors entrance inside the storage park. Other public storage has them.

The prices online looked great but when we got to the storage office, we found out there were more charges in order for us to get a locker than we thought. What I thought was going to be $24 ended up being $65. We were forced to purchase a lock and insurance and now our monthly charge isn't really $24, it's $35... I'm frustrated that these charges were not given upfront... I felt deceived and was under pressure to get the locker.

Overall, the storage concept and security is adequately addressed. The property feels a little tired; lighting could be improved. I was a little put off by the mandatory locking system. What do you do with the special lock, $23, after you no longer have a need for storage?

I have never rented a storage unit before, I shopped around for a place that was well priced, secure and staffed by knowledgeable personnel. Mike. D. At the Sarasota, FL; Bee Ridge Rd. Location was very courteous, professional and gave me great advice that helped me choose Public Storage as a place where I felt comfortable with my family's personal belongings. Will recommend to all my fiends and family.

Guys are very helpful and keep the area clean. I've never had any issues here as this is my storage for my work place

When I rented a storage unit the a/c was broke but just moved in and it was fixed !! Unit and facility was clean and access was easy!!

Helpful staff - show you the specific place you are renting, not a sample place. Have granules to absorb moisture available for purchase. Long hours of access. Secure access with pass code. Secure elevator with pass code. Everything neat and clean.

Service was excellent. Unit and building were very clean. Basically, everything was as advertised.

The staff was curteous and friendly, as well as willing to explain every detail of the storage rental process. I would recommend this company to anyone, and I plan to use them for any future storage needs.
