Every phase of this experience has been great. I have read other reviews that have said the beginning rate is just that and I can expect a large jump in the monthly rate in the near future. I hope this is not the case.

My experience with Wendy was very easy and very pleasant .she was very efficient and thorough and fast . I will have to have a few extra days thanks to hurricane LAURA. !!! She's going right into where to He moving truck has to go through so we'll see. But i love the storage center being 10 minutes away and near our house in sarasota .i know my experience will be great . Sincerely , christopher campbell

Great value, clean, easy access

Getting a unit with Public Storage was a great experience. Helpful knowledgeable staff who were friendly and made it easy to understand the process and cost. I will be keeping my unit for several months and would recommend it to others.

We just rented our 2nd Unit on Clark Road. We wouldn't go anywhere else to have our personal property "protected" The Units are very clean & the front desk personnel are kind and very helpful.

Clean and well organized storage facility. Just moved to Sarasota and had rented a unit (sight unseen) across Clark Road at Extra Space Storage. Took less than 1 week to determine that was NOT the place for us, moved to the Clark Road "Public Storage" and am very happy. Also, Jerry (Staff) was pleasant, through and informative.

Great people, and good place to put your storage items. The security is good and the place is kept clean.

I like this facility because the rates are reasonable. I like the codes you have to put into the machines so you can get in and out of the gate both to go into the storage unit and into the building. I like that there are carts to put your stuff on and wheel to the unit. I like the locks that fit into the locker and the latch. I like that all of the units are climate controlled. I like the freedom of being able to go there early in the morning to put stuff in when moving out of house. I like that the rates are reasonable. I am happy I chose Public Storage.

The facility is top notch and the people were awesome. Had major trouble with moving helpers hired. Jerry and Larry knew of someone who could help (was there within an hour!) and really saved the day!

This is my third occasion to rent from Public Storage but first at this location. The manager, JC, was terrific in every sense and a good representative of your company. He was cordial, welcoming, knowledgeable and thorough. Even though I only bought one packing item ?, aside from renting a storage unit, he politely tried to have me purchase additional items. I'd say he took good notes in your training program. Well done!

We were looking for a storage unit close to our home and viewed several in our general area and stumbled upon Public Storage. We went in and met Lisa, who was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions, offered to show us around and gave us literature to read. We were impressed not only with Lisa but the cleanliness of the grounds so we went back the next day and rented from her. We remembered that we had rented from Public Storage years ago at a different location and were very pleased with the management as I know we will be with Clark road. The Wards

I needed a large unit and saw at the last minute that they had a great special on a 10' x 30'. Kayla, a manager from Naples who was helping out that week, showed me the larger and unit and told me there were 2 left. By the time I got to my office to reserve one, the special had disappeared! I called Kayla and she was as surprised as I was that both units were gone. She took the time to look into the situation and saw that she had reserved one for someone earlier that did not come through and told me that it was mine. I went in and saw her the next day and after 10 minutes I had my large unit at the special price. Then, Lisa called and followed up a few days later. Fantastic, friendly service all around. These days customer service is terrible just about everywhere you go, this location provided about the best customer service I have experienced in many years.

A very nice experience. Everything went fine when signing on and filling our storage locker. Whole facility is very clean.

I really enjoyed looking at storage garages here. Lisa the manager told me all about the benefits of climate units and the specials she had on her boxes. A very nice young lady.

I went to one public storage location near my home. They were not able to find the size that I needed at a price that I could afford. However they quickly rerouted me to one not too far from me. I arrived there with not much time, as I needed to get to work. I informed the two ladies there working at the counter that I had very limited time yet a high need to lease the unit. They committed to a time frame... Show me the unit... Transported me to and from... Escorted me through the paperwork... And wrap up the deal in exactly the amount of time they had committed. I'm pleased !

We have not moved into our stage unit yet but renting it went very smoothly.

The entire signup process was efficient and informative. The site manager, Lisa, had answers to all my questions and provided a highly professional and practical discussion of the requirements/amenities/policies. She personally escorted me through the facility and opened toe unit I selected to ensure its being adequate for me needs. She is an asset to your organization and deserves any available merit recognition.

Your ladies I dealt with were great explained everything showed me the locker and how the gates work. The price was better than all the rest which was perfect .

The property is very new and very clean. The buildings are OK, not sealed up that great as you can see some areas in where light can be seen at the bottom of the wall. Would have been nice if they had foamed in all the exterior points. Biggest downside is the limited access hours, should you need access to your unit very early in the morning or late at night you will want to look at another storage location. Having come from a 24x7 access location I might be moving locations sooner than I like once I find another 24x7 location.
