this facility is clean and spacious the aisles are wide and the carts are easily located and accessible. this unit is not only larger but approximately $80 cheaper a month than a unit I had just a half a mile down the street. The parking is tricky however there are only two spots that I have been able to find if you are doing more than just dropping off and picking up I also find that the lighting is really scarce- Even during the middle of the afternoon it is super hard to see into the back of my storage unit. definitely don't think I'd want to be here after dark!

I had the worst experience reserving my storage unit online. First of all, I did not end up getting the size I originally wanted. Second, the code to enter that was sent did not work until I made a phone call. Even after that phone call the code did not work on all entries until my 4th call to customer service. Third, the directions to my unit were totally not clear. Customer service agents are no local and 3 out of 4 were totally useless to help me find my unit. My helpers and I spent 2 hours trying to locate my unit. Thankfully, I was able to keep customer service on the phone while I searched for unit and she was able to contact local management to get me into the right building. Unit was still hard to find, but was found. I highly recommend getting unit in person and make sure code works and you are showed unit. A 20 minute trip turned into a BIG INCONVENIENT 2 hour trip for not only myself, my three children and my 2 helpers.

I have been receiving emails requesting payments and advising me that I am late since July 13, 2018. I rented storage space, as you well know, on June 30, 2018. I spoke with your Mario who called me on Saturday, June 28, 2018 and advised him that I was going to pay on August 3rd, 2018. I just received an email advising me that you have put a lien to my belongings for being one (1) day late. I have never seen something so harassing and underhanded as the emails and telephone calls I have received from a female agent her name I do not remember. I also received an email canceling my storage insurance which was paid on June 30, 2018. WHAT IS GOING ON WITH YOUR COMPANY???? I want a response ASAP otherwise I will seek counsel to resolve this issue(s).

Great price. The Manager at the store, she is very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. The unit was very filthy, I look two units, first one has oil spills all over, the second not bad but need it clean, the assistance came over and didn't do much, we have to swept by ourselves. I also notice that the assistance don't have much computer trained, we always need to wait for her.

This Public Storage location gets 5 stars from us. It is in a convenient location, the grounds are very clean, and the staff is pleasant to work with. Dottie was very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely recommend them for your storage needs.

I reserved a unit online late Friday night, and when I showed up early Saturday morning Matthew had all the paperwork ready to go. He was very professional and courteous. He began by giving a small tour, explaining the use of the gate keypad and shuttled us to our unit. He let us look inside and made sure it was to our liking. He gave us a circular lock and explained how much the lock was and then, since we chose an outdoors unit, Matthew suggested a dampness control bucket and explained pricing. We then returned to the office to fill out paperwork. He explained the insurance tiers and prices, the rental agreement, answered my multitude of questions, and was generally VERY helpful. I highly recommend Matthew if you're looking for a helpful, courteous, and honest-to-goodness nice storage experience!

It is great. It is just a nuisance and inconvenience to have you go to the office to ask for the bathroom key while we are packing and/or unpacking.
