Wasn't too happy that I had to pay for insurance for less than 6 months on minor items I was storing, nor a rate increase 4-6 months after initial move in. The place is very clean, helpful happy staff, clean units, no hassle and everything went perfect!

Having to buy a certain kind of lock and insurance was a surprise not mentioned online, was my biggest disappointment since I am driving a distance to get a better rate. Love Regina and Marilyn. Facility is nice enough.
