Formalities went like clockwork. Finished on 15 minutes. Move in went smooothly although truck rental on Sunday is only for 3 hour duration.

The staff were very friendly and clear, walked me through everything, made sure I got the best deal for me. It's a nice place with easy parking, access for unloading, water fountain inside the door, clean washroom. Inside the doors (which they tell you how to leave them open for easier passage) are at least half a dozen moving flatbed hand-trucks for loading/unloading. They've clearly thought it through carefully to minimize the extra details for a move which in itself already has enough work involved. Priced competitively with all the rest, they gave me the best deal around and I shopped it!
