I recommend this company 100 % the service was great and extremely helpful, I got the pleasure of meeting with Chris at the ridge manor/brooksville FL location he was very helpful, friendly and made me feel relaxed 😌 he got me into my unit immediately and took care of everything I needed.... not only did I find a safe clean place to store my belongings i also made a new friend... thanks Chris for your help and professionalism... 😉 Mr. Lou Fusilli 🤙

Amanda is an amazing person..very helpful and very kind she explains everything to the T. I went in so stressed out so overwhelmed worried about what size storage space would be good for me and afforable.she helped in finding something perfect to fit my things and afforable for my budget..very knowledgeable..i am very happy i picked ABCD Econo Storage place for my thing's! Storage shed and units most people like myself call a storage unit shed whatever and all think of the same thing but the sheds are just that smaller ceiling height but just as much space and cheaper

Nice facility but don't go in within 30 minutes of closing or the woman in there will be very discourteous with you. She made it VERY CLEAR that last minute customers irritate her.

First, I gave the wrong date to them for my move in and Chris was happy to change the date. He even went as far as to make sure that I received the biggest discount offered and rechecked to see if I picked the correct size unit for what I was storing. Then I brought a MAC truck in that would be considered by any reasonable person to be to big for the property but again chris didnt bat an eye. He explained to me how other people have done it in the past and assured me that I can do what i need to to get my stuff in as long as i didnt block any other patrions... I have put things in other storage facilities in the past and have received poor attitudes from staff for much smaller issues. This was a great experience!!! Great location! Secure! Friendly! and cost effective not much more to ask for....THANK YOU!!!!!

this new facility is the best in the brooksville area

This new management is great, and everyone is so nice, friendly, and go beyond to help you in anyway. I have used this place in the past, and remember Mark and Carlos. I decided on this place then because of them, and the help Carlos gave me on his day off to help me move in! Loved Mark's ability to alway's make me laugh too. Sadly when they left so did I as I felt the management and service declined, and prices went up. I am now in need of storage again, and remembering Mark and Carlos were great at going above and beyond to help anyone in anyway decided to see if things had changed. This new management I feel now has come back to the same level as it was before, and would recommend this place again to any new or past tenants that remember the way Mark and Carlos ran it!
