I picked this location bcuz it's very close to my house! The facility is very clean, the pricing is great! The prices are very good for a decent sized unit & it's climate controlled, which is what I needed! The price, sized unit, & location is everything! Very clean facility, I highly recommend this storage facility!

Virtual is not easy for everyone, the person who came on was very helpful though. When we finished setting up our account our gate code didn't work.

The manager Kesha was so friendly and helped me with a U-Haul rental and it was a wonderful help to a stressful situation thank you.

My only concern is that the gate is broken and I signed up with the expectation that it was going to be gated.

Instant access to your vehicle storage and/or storage space. Signed up online, set up auto-pay, received my entrance code and space number immediately to park my cargo trailer. Drove to the lotﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦ there were a few small Uhaul trailers parked in my spot which they moved immediately and without question. Finished up some fine details (they needed a copy of my physical drivers licenseﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦ the copy I had already made them with my registration and insurance information wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t acceptable). Other than thatﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦ flawless move in and Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m super satisfied with their customer service, lot appearance, and reasonable pricing.

The two people in the front office were very friendly and super nice. The gentleman whom helped me get all signed in was super helpful and both were very knowledgeable. He met me at our unit to make sure I found it with out issue. I had a GREAT experience and will definitely be recommending this place to anyone around here that looking for a storage place!

I made a reservation on line and stopped by to make sure everything was in order. Good thing I did. The storage was not what I thought it was and they did not have one the size I wanted climate controlled. The next size up was way more than I had planned for and I was not able to just get a refund. James ( who was working at the time) called his boss and worked out a solution for me, 2units side by side that equaled what I needed. He was very polite and professional. The next day I came to move in my code did not work. James was once again working snd had to manually fix the issue right away. He once again made the experience as good as possible and because of him I was able to locate some hourly help to finish my move. Really he is a huge asset to this company,

I will never use this company again. My truck showed up Saturday night and couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t get in. They never told us that there were other symbols we had to use to access the gate entry. It cost me 2 more days of a truck rental. When my drivers showed up the following Monday the manager told them how to get in, you would think she would have told me the secrets to gaining access to my storage unit. She completely left us in the lurch, after my drivers ask several times were the door for our storage unit was and got no response. I finally ask the manager can we open the door for my drivers so they can find the entryway to our storage unit, she walked me to the back of the room and pointed, seriously I was lost in there for over twenty minutes. I should have walked away when I first signed up because it took over an hour to get me signed in, although the printer was malfunctioning the service was unacceptable.

Easy entry through auto security gate. Easy to drive around to my parking space and backing in with a 30ﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ trailer attached. Nice location.
