A trustworthy location to store your things run by not only qualified staff but friendly, courteous, caring individuals. They even emailed and phoned me when I did not have my lock on properly for my unit. Their concern for your property as well as great lighting at night and secure gates is why I chose to store here. Second time for me but the management is now quality and professional. Kudos to the two Haley's on staff!

The girls at the front desk are super helpful and so patient. Very accomadating and persistent . They helped me pick out the perfect priced and sized unit and rescheduled my appointment numerous times because I kept missing my appointment with everything going on . Thanks girls you guys rock !!!

Haley and Haley greeted us with a warm welcome. They took us to the storage unit before they rented it to us. Once we determined that we wanted the unit, they were efficient as courteous as they took us through the reservation process. Staff is great, good location for us and it's secure.

After visiting several storage facilities, my sister and I decided to rent from Public Storage. One reason was the price which was very reasonable. Another was the location which was close to us. Finally, the staff, especially Haley, was very friendly and knowledgeable. Very happy with our choice.

Haley was excellent to deal with when I got there. I only have that to go by as I have not put anything in storage yet. The unit looked clean. So far so good.

I have had a few issues, BUT recently, I needed to transfer units to save some money and the Regional Manager and the onsite Manager and staff did several very nice things for me. I am very appreciative for the help. Also, no problems with the unit I was in for about a year, climate controlled and clean. Thanks Manny, Haley & Haley! Very friendly and helpful from the beginning when I reserved a unit. When I got to the storage facility the manager on site was great to deal with. I gave them 4 stars only because I wish they had at least one camera in each storage aisle.

I had made a reservation & arrived at the Mariner location to be greeted by the property manager, Haley who was very helpful & knowledgeable to assist with all of my needs. Very clean & tidy units!

I never realized how much Public Storage has to offer. I was moving my grandmother and I was finding it difficult to find all the supplies I needed. On a tip from a family member, I stopped by this location and found every item needed and more! The staff members, Haley S. and Haley D. were extremely helpful in suggesting the best items to use and with their advice, packing was so much easier than I expected!

This is my first time getting a storage unit. The manager Haley was awesome and made me feel comfortable and helped me understand everything.

I am so happy I went with public storage ! They have the best prices around, and the location I am using is immaculate when it comes to being clean! The manager is very helpful and I truly have no complaints!

You must pay for insurance and locks too, which brought it from the total they told me of about $60 to $102.

My purpose for using a storage facility is to satisfy my need to hang on to some stuff that I either don't want to get rid of, or have not had a chance to sort out yet. Since I don't want to have the stuff clogging up space in my home, placing it in a Storage Unit resolves the situation. Over a period of many years, I have rented storage units in three different Public Storage locations. I general terms I have been satisfied with the size of the units, cleanliness of the facilities and customer service received from facility managers. However, I find the typical American greedy attitude of "Let's squeeze every dollar we can from these people" to be insulting and dishonest. I refer of course to the practice of the demand that it is mandatory to "Purchase and use only a Public Storage Lock" to secure one's storage unit. $18.00 time a piece plus tax. Wow. Now there is some serious money collected there. Then there is the statement, "You have to purchase Insurance from us if you want to use our facility." Minimum amount per month is $11.00. When I respond, "I don't need insurance, it's only stuff," I am told, "You have to buy insurance." Have you heard about the class action suit that has been brought against Public Storage alleging that Public Storage retains 75% of all Insurance monies taken from clients? It would seem that Greed and Dishonesty is standard practice for this company. Whatever happened to treating people with respect and decency? Oh yes, I will be sorting that stuff out very soon thereby ending my need to use a storage unit.
