Slightly bigger and less money than the competition for the size I wanted came to take a look even got to move it to a better location within the lot so very happy about it.

Edwin was extremely knowledgeable, about the facility and assisted in my selection of the unit, I needed to rent. I am very happy with the location and extreme cleanliness of the unit (and facility). Edwin was very professional and helpful !!! He is the reason for the “5 Star” rating !!!

The facility is new and generally very clean, staff helpful and professional, (Understaffed, office must close when person is doing work or assisting customer in storage area.) The Key Pad entry for the storage yard gate is located on the opposing side of traffic, true a limited roadway, still not safe. A safer alternative, especially for these prices, would be an Opener temporarily issued to a Renter, activated from inside the vehicle to open and close the gate. Perhaps a couple more wheeled-dollies for moving items, especially on busy days. The off-loading area was not well thought out...If there are more than two or three vehicles at the door, the only place to park is in front of someone's rental unit. A nice facility, hopefully some of these issues can be improved upon, Thanks.

Large Facility with lots of room for my rather large Trailer. I got an outside spot but from what I could see of the rest of the facility it appeared to be clean and well organized.

Although it's a bit pricey (especially since we have 2 older units and apparently theres NO discounts on those) i like the customer service and most storage places are expensive but at least we get the good customer service to boot!

This facility is clean and the staff is always friendly. Easy loading and unloading and the loading dock is my favorite feature!!!

Lisa, fixed some move in logistics that was, there was a curd 8" high going into storage so you can't use a dolly "who would build a storage unit like that???" There again if it were not for Lisa I would have went somewhere else

We made our reservation online and within an hour we received a phone call from Lisa regarding coming in and checking the unit out. Also advised us that these size units go quick so we should come ASAP. Lisa was fantastic! She had great customer service, was extremely friendly and helpful! We had everything all set within 30 mins of arriving there. When we moved in, she greeted us with a smile and even offered us a ladder to help us out. I would recommend this place to everyone!

Satisfied with storage unit. Personnel in your office is an asset to your company. Carefully explained all details, as well as being helpful about due date, locks and the new security gate being installed. Will there be any security cameras installed on the property?

The unit was shown to me before I signed anything. As stated when I made the reservation, I receive phone call from the office in a reasonable timeframe.
