On-site caretakers - excellent & friendly. Corporately, I continue to be dismayed by the increase in rental fees for my very small storage unit. Absolutely nothing has changed from my perspective - units that I pass inside are all rented; and thankfully the facility has not experienced any notable issues nor any visible upgrades. I rented this unit under the “special entry” pricing 2 years ago ... since then, rental price increases, while expected as the cost of doing business, have continued without regard to those customers that are able and willing to ensure year-to-year contracts. And yet, paying 12-months at a time; and the perk of “one-month free” feels somewhat disingenuous when compared to those gimmicks that are continually advertised “specials” to obtain new customers. I would hope that customer “retention” would be equally appreciated and rewarded. A $6.36 (inc tax) monthly rate increase from 2020 to 2021 seems excessive and I simply wanted to share my thoughts. Especially, as there was no correspondence explaining this increase. The friendly on-site agent Ms. Wagner was apologetic; but unable to justify the corporate pricing structure. I felt it was necessary to share this in my review - and, expect nothing to be addressed; but, sometimes letting Corporate know that customer care is important and a reminder of a two-way dependency. I have sent my concerns to Corporate twice with zero response. Paying just over $76/year increase with nothing to show for it simply means I encourage people to think about their long-term goals and whether this perceived convenience is worthwhile.

There is nothing wrong with this facility except for the TWO price increases that have happened this year. march and September to be precise. For the smallest cubicle I am now paying $132.90 a month which is ridiculous. Not a happy camper and if it was not for the convenience of where it is to our 20 mile location I would be long gone. No explanation was given for either one of these increases. Just a letter informing us that next month the price wil be....
