I have had a unit at Atlantic Storage on and off over the past15 years due to working abroad. The facility is clean and well maintained, and the staff is friendly and prompt in communication. I would highly recommend this facility.

Office is always available when needed, storage areas are clean and the security gate is always working. We appreciate that very much!

I haven't had a problem here at all, I don't like that the price went up, but the people are very friendly. No Complaints!!

All in all is good except pricing it's outrageous . Our units went up every year and it's more hard on the pocket especially with the pandemic. Company need consideration towards their client during this difficult time.

The Managers of this facility have been helpful since I first rented a storage unit. I have only been in the office a few times to update my info each time they have been friendly and willing to help.

Have not had any complants in the past 9 years.

The staff at this location has changed, but both owners have shown friendliness, willingness to listen and resolve problems or answer questions. The new owners have provided help moving an object too heavy for me to lift. They have also provided carts to transfer items from one unit to another. No complaints whatsoever.

Very professional and serviceable to the military members As a military member, they have worked with me, especially while being overseas. They are also prompt on all matters concerning my storage, and I bet with other customers' storage.

The service reps were kind and willing to offer me the best deal for what met my needs.

The couple that is residing on the property are super nice & have provided above & beyond customer service on multiple occasions. The place is way better under new management. I've had no issues at this time

Atlantic is our first experience with storage facilities, and I can't complain at all. I mistakenly left a holiday wreath outside my cube, and, after I got home, realized what I'd done. I assumed someone would find, and, just take off with it. At some point that day, a member of the staff found it, and, went out of their way to determine who had been in recently, then called to see if it was mine. They held it in the office until I got back down to pick it up. I was so heartened by their kindness.

Always felt the Storage was secure and well monitored. They accommodated my needs in a friendly, cooperative manner. Would certainly use their service in the future.

Was looking for storage online, discovered a deal on spare foot. Called and verified the availability and price and a day later booked the space. Manager was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. Couldn't have been easier.

There was not much space in between the buildings. Other than that is was a pleasant experience.
