Located on State Road 16 between the Saint Augustine Aquarium and the Twelve Mile Swamp Conservation Area, our Saint Augustine storage facility has a wide variety of units to serve your commercial and residential storage needs. We proudly serve the Saint Augustine community with our local partnerships, from longtime residents needing more space to college students seeking summer storage. Our location on State Road 16 offers easy access to I-95 and downtown Saint Augustine. Our storage facility in Saint Augustine is ideally situated for residents of these communities: Araquey Lincolnville Saint Augustine Vilano Beach A 29.00 one-time Administration Fee is required for all new rentals. Atlantic Self Storage does not offer refunds on rentals, retail purchases, or reservations. Advertised storage unit sizes are approximate and are intended for comparison only. Pricing reflects one months storage rent only. Unit sizes, prices and discounts are based on availability, and subject to change without notice. Online prices and specials are exclusive to new customers, select units, and initial advertised rental period. Free Autopay is highly recommended. Reservations/online rentals must be begun through the Atlantic Self Storage website; however, proof of identification and rental agreement signature must be completed in office, during office hours before property/unit access is granted. Insurance coverage over stored belongings is required and available for purchase onsite but not included in advertised prices. A monthly Smart Storage Services Fee of 4.95 is required and applied to all subsequent months for every rental. Additional requirements, restrictions and fees may apply. Facility days and hours of operation vary by location. NOTE: Online Sunday rentals will not gain property/unit access until 9:30 Monday (at minimum).

All in all is good except pricing it's outrageous . Our units went up every year and it's more hard on the pocket especially with the pandemic. Company need consideration towards their client during this difficult time.

The staff at this location has changed, but both owners have shown friendliness, willingness to listen and resolve problems or answer questions. The new owners have provided help moving an object too heavy for me to lift. They have also provided carts to transfer items from one unit to another. No complaints whatsoever.

Atlantic is our first experience with storage facilities, and I can't complain at all. I mistakenly left a holiday wreath outside my cube, and, after I got home, realized what I'd done. I assumed someone would find, and, just take off with it. At some point that day, a member of the staff found it, and, went out of their way to determine who had been in recently, then called to see if it was mine. They held it in the office until I got back down to pick it up. I was so heartened by their kindness.
