I rented a 7x10 and realized at 5:30 pm it was to small. I ran over and met with a young man and he helped me upgrade to a new 10x10. He was awesome!

The process to rent the storage unit was easy and straightforward. They followed up with me, had all my paperwork ready when we checked in, and the woman in the office (Wish I could remember her name) was helpful, professional and kind. I wasn't delighted that the unit was on the third floor, but decided it's not a problem, since there is a large elevator and carts to assist with loading items into the unit. I feel safe there after office hours, since security seems good. I also appreciate the option to autopay, and the availability of discounted moving materials.
