Why am I receiving a bill for my second month when first month was free and I paid 62.00$

Everything was explained to me before I purchased. Even the hidden charges.

I needed storage for over the summer when I go home from college. I was able to find a great price and move into my storage locker within a week. The staff was very friendly and helpful! Totally would rent again from them!

RATS DESTROYED my things. If your belongings are damaged, you are on your own, as no insurance will cover more than a couple of hundred dollars in varmint damage. The district manager and an employee at the location even acknowledge that they are aware of a MAJOR RAT PROBLEM at this location. For reference, I have had all of these things in this unit for approximately four (4) years and never had an issue before; I noticed this issue a month ago. - Rats chewed multiple fishing rods - Rats chewed plastic on my kayak, and trailer - Found multiple dried-up rats on the floor

Very friendly people, but I find the requirements of renting too strict.

Staff took the time to explain the insurance rate and also helped me find dollys and ladders. I was there no more than 20 minutes. I appreciated the different entrances and great lighting.

They are so friendly and on top of what you need.

Good facility-clean but older so in need of paint and resurfacing of driveways. Small parking area in front of office makes for a bit on inconvenience when first signing up. Staff is friendly and helpful. Once you get signed up, the parking is a non-issue. Location is good--have to wait for light to change on the corner to get out into busy 22nd Ave N which can be awkward during rush hours--all okay since the price was right.
