When we had no place else to turn, she said she would help us in any way she could, to just let her know what we needed. Tori has done just that for us on several occasions. A great big thank you to Tori Kirnes, general manager at the 30th Ave North, St Petersburg location of Devon Self Storage! Tori was super nice, informative, and willing to make what we needed happen. She was a flashback to a time decades ago when people were courteous and polite, personable and helpful. A really rare treat nowadays! She worked with her boss to arrange the best possible arrangement for us, and everything worked out even better than we hoped. I hope Devon Self Storage management knows and appreciates what they have in Tori.

I like customer service rep Tori however your property needs to be a little updated you have a huge pot holes inside your property. Only one access door to the entire building so you have to walk all the way around I'll get lost trying to find your unit and the exit. You're overhead door which would make moving in and out so much easier and moving out does not work it's broken!!! These 3 items are huge ... like deal breaker huge! ! Especially of I had a large unit!!! Which I recently found out I'm going to need. So I might have to cancel our agreement and find another storage unit that is more accessible. Thank you

very happy with the facility. was able to rent over the phone in a pinch and within hours i had my gate code and storage spot for my boat. highly reccomend.

My family and I just arrived to Florida from Virginia with no place to move into so I needed to store our stuff. I googled for storages in the area and Self Storage quickly took my reservation. The gentleman that took my reservation didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t tell me that they were closing soon. So I quickly drove to the storage and when I arrived the door was locked. The two ladies that were inside said they were closed. I explained to them that I just made the reservation and I need to store our stuff. The GM was opened the door and said Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m sorry but we are closed. I explained to her my situation and she took me in the building. She said normally I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t do this and I have some where to go but we can check you in quickly. I apologized and paid. She took me to where I will be storing our stuff and explained everything to me. I wouldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t store my stuff anywhere else unless it was here at Devon Selfstorage.
