Great couple fellas at the front desk, very helpful. Chris made the transfer from one unit to another seamless.

Storage shed is very clean. One of reasons I decided to stay. management is very very disorganized. I was told that I would get a 10% discount because I was a senior citizen. I even re question Chris and was told I would get discount. I did not get a discount. My paperwork was not ready and was processed incorrectly and had to be done over, copies were made of my drivers license and were lost or misplaced. Need to give them another copy. Another customer was in line in front of me and we had to wait approximately 25 minutes for her , paperwork to be processed also incorrectly.

This firm is engaging in price gauging, and in a pandemic too. "What is considered price gouging: Price increases that are “grossly in excess of the price prior to the declaration” When price gouging laws apply: During a state of emergency." I have been a customer of theirs for over four years and as I'm sure many of their customers in Florida are, I do not live near the facility. I am currently being charged $145.00 for a unit they are advertising for $88.00. and am being told I can come move my stuff to another unit of the same size to get the $88.00 price. This is PRICE GAUGING, it is certainly immoral and probably illegal too! I'm happy with the Self-Service, I do it and they provide good facilities but really the price differential is extreme! Now, try to get in touch with anyone of import, a legal department........ I'm not done.

I found the staff very kind and helpful regarding receiving the movers and saving me from walking back and forth to the storage unit.

Anna was exceptional. She has a very welcoming and serving spirit. The facility was very clean and orderly, and the prices are reasonable. It's in a perfect location. I would highly recommend to my family and friends.

Just size was looking for on 1st level, friendly and knowledgeable staff, move in day was a great experience.

When I arrived there was one employee helping customers and the iPads used to execute the agreements were down. The employee was openly overwhelmed and backed up at assisting customers. It took about an hour and a half to get my unit rented and have access to it.

I went after office hours to move some of my things into my assigned unit & could not get into the unit as the yellow lock had not been removed & my key did not fit that lock. I returned Tues. & it was immediately taken care of, and I was able to move some of my articles into the unit that day. That is the reason for the 4 stars I gave for the overall rating.

My only issue is that I wasn't told to bring a copy of my insurance policy with me, if I decided I wanted to get the unit. I had to pay for a month of insurance when I already have coverage.

Rhonda at the lock up helped me find the unit I needed and was so sweet and professional. I was new to the whole storage scene and didn't know what I was doing. I proposed a challenge and she handled it like a pro. The carpet was a nice surprise for a storage facility and everything is so clean and smells good. The only bad thing with the visit was that Rhonda was working alone and it was very busy so the wait was a little longer than. I expected it to be. I will be recommending Rhonda at The lock Up to anyone who needs storage.

Our son is at USFSP and we put everything in storage for the summer. The facility is clean and secure and the prices are good. Storing everything is much better then carting it back and having to find room at home for it.
