I was pleased with the whole process. It’s great they offer complementary moving carts at the front door. The pricing was cheaper than everything else in the area. They also include a lock with purchase.

I came in to do the paperwork because I was having a very hard time doing it online. The man who helped me was already upset because it was closing time soon and he did not want to stay late. I get it, it was the holiday weekend but don’t take it out on me and stay professional. I was not asked if I wanted/needed a lock and charged for one of their own. Same with the insurance.
