Great location, easy access, and decent price...or so I thought. I made an appt when they quoted $295/mo. Then accepted the warehouse, and the guy said just rent it next day (clearly because someone else would be working and he avoided doing the paperwork himself). Then, next day, after i had already loaded a truck, they revealed just as I was about to move in, that the "price" would go up after 6 mos. They quoted a discount, and once you get all your stuff in there, they raise it as much as they like. I don't know about you, but i call that dishonesty. Pissed me off. They should have told me that up front, before I had all my stuff in a puckup truck and it was threatening rain.

After having many issues trying to close on a house I was forced to find a large storage unit to store my entire home contents in. I was running into finding anything large enough until I found Cube Smart in Stuart. They not only were able to accommodate me with the size I needed, I was able to move in that day. Everything was conveniently done over the internet but then I got a call from a wonderful employee there named Lilly and she was so nice and helped me get settled in and really made the whole move process so much more pleasant for me.

Great customer service. The price is a bit too high for an old building. You can get about the same price for new air units that are air conditioned.

Mario was so nice on the phone and so willing to help me...when I should up, I was treated with the same service and I would like to say that he definitely represents what you would want in a employee..
